Our black tea is fully oxidized, a process that deepens flavor and darkens the leaves. We carefully wither the leaves, hand-roll them to release natural oils, then control the oxidation to bring out Ceylon tea’s unique brightness and depth. Final heating locks in the flavor and removes any bitterness.
